Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative digital marketer who can plan and manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns across our agency clients.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing plans Re: Agency clients. This includes PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display / Re-targeting
Devising creative, innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the brands overarching PR and marketing strategies
Creating engaging digital content (using client assets) that increases customer engagement and enhances the brands we work with
Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the brand’s website, including SEO and PCC – and ultimately sales
Managing the digital marketing budget for our brands, including allocating given budgets across different channels and platforms
Working closely with colleagues in PR / Brand Building to ensure all activity is integrated
Location & Commitments:
Permanent full-time position available (but open to part-time and freelance applications too)
New York City or London based
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organisation – ideally in agency
Strong track record and case studies implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience using content management systems
Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example, Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adworks campaigns
5+ years experience
VIP Relations Manager
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced candidate to launch and lead our new VIP Relations arm of our agency working across a variety of clients in both New York and London.
Responsibilities:
Proactively secure celebrity/VIP/influencer opportunities for upcoming red carpet, press junket, events and street style placements.
Strategize and oversee VIP & influencer gifting programs across multiple client accounts simultaneously
Build and maintain strong relationships with stylists, managers, and VIPs for strategic opportunities for clients
Multitask across multiple client accounts and projects under deadline
Identify and implement on brand VIP partnership opportunities (paid and unpaid)
Discovering and nurturing relations with new talent
Oversee daily account management including sample send-outs, updating contact lists, reporting, etc
Location & Commitments:

Candidate Requirements:
Proven relationships with key celebrity, stylist, publicist, manager and influencer contacts
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in fashion + accessories public relations with experience managing multiple client accounts; agency experience is required.
Experience managing contracts between celebrities, influencers and brands
Knowledge of all media including strong understanding of digital landscape and social media platforms
Proven track record of dressing celebrities, a database of top stylists, influencers and socials.
An understanding of the fashion industry is vital and a strong interest in relevant pop culture
Highly proficient with Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics, MS Word, Excel, Dropbox and social media platforms
