Experience & Skills
Minimum of four years agency experience working across travel and interiors clients

Manage the day-to-day client teams and accounts and be a point of contact for clients
Manage and implement clients' PR and communications strategy in conjunction with the wider account teams
Creatively strategize an activity plan of pitches, trips, activations and partnerships that reflect specific client brand messaging and increase awareness
Continue to build a growing network of contacts within the industry and beyond

Job Description
Further develop and build the Talent Agent and Brand Partnerships services for Re: Agency
Communicate with clients daily with opportunities, the competitive landscape, industry news, building trust and long-term relationships
Generate top-tier opportunities for clients to engage with brand targets (inclusive of brand ambassadorships, event attendance, social media campaigns, etc.) via both paid and earned engagements
Day-to-day management of the supporting team on client deliverables and deadlines (casting lists for organic and paid partnerships, creative strategy, seedings, bookings, etc)
Support the team to ideate and concept ideas that execute a brand’s vision and will successfully deliver it to their target audiences and growth targets
Negotiate contracts and manage fresh and exciting talent that align with brand values
Deliver accurate budget estimates for paid partnership opportunities
Demonstrate value of programs and partnerships and review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results and provide key future learnings to continually optimize CPM, impressions etc
Remain ahead of emerging trends / developments in the Influencer Marketing space in order to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies, as well as competitors and opportunities relevant to the digital and luxury space
Identify, connect, and build relationships in the entertainment industry (talent agents, influencers, publicists, managers, stylists, relevant media, etc.)
Work with Re: Agency press teams to generate exposure on talent and their partnerships / work

Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative digital marketer who can plan and manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns across our agency clients.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing plans Re: Agency clients. This includes PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display / Re-targeting
Devising creative, innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the brands overarching PR and marketing strategies
Creating engaging digital content (using client assets) that increases customer engagement and enhances the brands we work with
Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the brand’s website, including SEO and PCC – and ultimately sales
Managing the digital marketing budget for our brands, including allocating given budgets across different channels and platforms
Working closely with colleagues in PR / Brand Building to ensure all activity is integrated
Location & Commitments:
Permanent full-time position available (but open to part-time and freelance applications too)
New York City or London based
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organisation – ideally in agency
Strong track record and case studies implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience using content management systems
Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example, Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adworks campaigns
5+ years experience
